Build-A-Brain
So the assignment I decided to chose for my signature is the assignment called, "Build-A-Brain". The valuable experience I got from doing this assignment was that I got to learn where everything in the brain functions and what their functions are. And by gaining this knowledge, I can appropriate the brain more than I have in the past.

Reflection
Before I took this class, I was already interested in psychology already so I was pretty excited to be in the class. And after taking this class, I still like psychology. I really enjoyed the material that I learned in the class, I also liked Mr. Ekker who taught the class, for he was very good at explaining the material when it was hard to understand. I feel like I have learned so much from this class, and it has to helped my understand on so many things that goes on with the brain, attitudes, personalities, etc. I also thought this was a fun class, for we did a few activities that really helped me learn a lot and I'm grateful for the class.
A few of my understandings on the human brain have changed a lot. Like for example, I thought that the right hemisphere controlled the right side, when in reality it controls the left side of the body, so that really gave me a clearer understanding. I also didn't think you could live without having half of a brain, and so that changed that assumption, which is very helpful. I think the most influential topics and activities are the following: personalities, disorders, brain functions, the sleep unit, kahoot it, discussions and the quizzes. I think these were very influential because we did some of these activities which helped me understand a lot of the topics we went over in class. For the topics, it caught more of my interest which made it so that I wanted to know more of these subjects so I could have a better understanding.
